• Violate any laws (including data protection and copyright laws).

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• You may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued.
• Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Pingrely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (not court).
